CRYSTALLIZATION OF SINGLE-LAYERED AND MULTILAYERED AMORPHOUS CO-W FILMS

摘要
Single- and multilayered amorphous Co-W films have been prepared by electrolysis with W ranging from 10 to 28 at.%. The films were annealed at temperatures to approximately 750-degrees-C for three hours at each temperature. Crystallization temperature as a function of W was determined. The coercive fields in the films were also assured. The multilayered films had a better thermal stability than single-layered films. In this way it was possible to obtain multilayered magnetic amorphous Co-W films, with crystallization temperatures higher than 500-degrees-C.
