摘要
Multiwavelength packet-switching operation of a tunable transmitter is demonstrated, with up to 20 channel capacity. Wavelength switching over 2.2 nm and simultaneous intensity modulation of up to 500 Mb/s data is demonstrated using a three-section DBR laser. The switching time across the tuning range is < 15 ns. © 1990 IEEE
