摘要
Three new sesquiterpenoid hydroindenes have been isolated from different populations of Thapsia villosa. The structures of the sesquiterpenes were 2-octahydro-3a,7,7,7a-tetramethyl-1-methylene-1-H-indenemethanol and its ferulic ester, and 3b,4,4,7a-tetramethyl-1-H-decahydroindeno[1,2-c]furan-3-ol. Aspects of the varying patterns of secondary metabolises within T. villosa are discussed. © 1990.
