摘要
In chemical analysis the uncertainty of the results can depend on many factors. The sources of uncertainty, among other things, are in sample preparation procedure and in instrument calibration method. In this work some sources of uncertainty, like sample mass, digestion time, extraction solution, boiling method, concentration or matrix matched calibration,and spectral interference, were investigated in the environmental ICP-AES analysis of soil samples, evaluating the ruggedness of the methods.
