摘要：

This work presents the magnetic and electric investigation of Co-Pd thin films. It has been found that Co-Pd films obtained by the cosputtering method exhibit uniaxial anisotropy with the easy axis parallel to the plane of the film. The internal stress measurements showed the existence of the compressive stresses anisotropic in character.
