摘要
The following paper presents the theoretical basis for a Motion Adaptive Field Rate Upconversion algorithm, including an algorithm for motion detection in the absence of transmitted motion information, leading to a display standard of 900 I/ 100 Hz/ 2:1. After describing a hardware realisation, an improved algorithm is discussed. © 1990 IEEE
