摘要：

Reflection dyadic for an incident plane wave reflecting at a planar interface between isotropic and bi-isotropic (nonreciprocal chiral) half spaces is presented. The result generalizes earlier expressions for Fresnel's formulas for different isotropic and chiral half spaces and is roughly of the same order of complexity as that for the reciprocal chiral half space.
