摘要
Mo5Si3 precipitates in MoSi2 single crystals have been studied. The orientation relationship between the long rectangular lath-like precipitates and the matrix is [110]MoSi2\\[110]Mo5Si3 and (002)MoSi2\\(220BAR)Mo5Si3. Two sets of misfit dislocations extend along the long dimensions of the precipitates.
