摘要：

Profound changes are occurring in teaching and learning about families. This collection of articles offers a variety of historical, philosophical, and applied perspectives on the changes occurring in family pedagogy. Of particular importance are the controversial Paradigm shifts and the concomitant innovative ways of teaching that empower both students and teachers. The content and process of teaching about families are accommodating to the increasing diversity of the ever-changing, characteristics of students and the meaning of "family."
