摘要
The total lipid content of plants of Ctenidium molluscum, Pogonatum urnigerum, Dichodontium pellucidum, and Tortella tortuosa steadily decreased with increasing concentration of Ca(NO3)2 in the medium. Meanwhile the proportions of the predominant polyunsaturated fatty acids in total lipids of the four mosses decreased. These polyunsaturated fatty acids were: arachidonic acid (20:4) in C. molluscum, eicosatrienoic acid (20:3) in P. urnigerum, and linoleic (18:2) and linolenic (18:3) acids in the other two mosses.
