摘要
Thin films of copper phthalocyanine (CuPc) can be doped by oxidizing gases such as NO2. The film conductivity goes through a maximum for a temperature T(m) which increases as the film evolves from the alpha phase to the beta phase under the action of NO2 doping and heat treatment. The temperatures of maximum conductivity were determined for CuPc, PbPc, FePc and LiPc after doping with NO2, Cl2 or O2. The sensitivity and stability of the responses of CuPc thin films to NO2 are discussed as well as the application of this material as the sensitive element of gas sensors.
