摘要：

Spiral CT technology now represents the gold standard in the evaluation of known or suspected pancreatic pathology. For both neoplastic and inflammatory diseases of the pancreas, spiral CT offers many unique advantages over conventional dynamic CT scanning. This article reviews the basic technique and applications of spiral CT in evaluation of the pancreas, with emphasis on its specific advantages. © 1994 W. B. Saunders Company. All rights reserved.
