摘要
Triethylene melamine (TEM) treated Drosophila spermatozoa were stored in untreated (starved or well fed) females and separately scored for dominant lethals and translocations. The frequency of dominant lethals increased with storage, the magnitude of this increase being the same for both starved and well fed females. Nor did the nutritional state of the females influence the magnitude of the storage effect for translocations. Ethylenimine (EI) induced dominant lethal frequency did not increase with storage. © 1968.
