摘要
Formulas for reflection and transmission coefficients r and t for electromagnetic radiation in thin polycrystalline metallic films are given, where the anomalous skin effect and electron scattering at both film and grain boundaries are taken into account. Different models for polycrystallinity known in the literature are used and their influence upon the optical spectra are discussed. The results are valid in the near infrared, visible, and ultraviolet spectral range, and at low frequencies where the skin effect is nearly classical. A generalized formula for the dynamic current density is developed which includes the polycrystallinity and the anomalous skin effect.
