STUDY OF ISING SYSTEM FEXMN1-XTIO3 WITH EXCHANGE FRUSTRATIONS BY OBSERVING MAGNETIZATION PROCESS

摘要
Magnetization processes of an Ising system FexMn1-xTiO3 were investigated up to H approximately 100 T. It has been shown that the samples with 0.33 less-than-or-equal-to x < 1.0 undergo spin-flip like transitions while those with 0 < x less-than-or-equal-to 0.25 spin-flop like ones. However, the magnetization curves as a whole are quite different from those of ordinary antiferromagnets, and they are shown to contain much information for understanding properties of the Ising spin glasses.
