摘要
The author describes the mechanisms for the formation and post-oxidation of particulate carbon formed in the gas phase, including: (1) the formation of the particulate carbon precursors, (2) particle inception, (3) the agglomeration of nuclei into particles and of particles into aggregates, (4) surface growth, and (5) post-oxidation.
