摘要
This article describes a woman with hemorrhagic telangiectasia, or Osler-Weber-Rendu disease, with recurrent nosebleeds despite prior septal dermoplasty and laser treatments. Telangiectasias were clearly shown at the time of angiography. Emobilization of abnormal vessels on both sides resulted in cessation of epistaxis for many months. Bilateral studies are important, even when the epitaxis seems to be unilateral. © 1995.
