摘要：

We have presented integrated-and-fiber optical designs for programmable time-delay devices. These devices can be used for steering the radiation beam of a phase-array antenna or for filtering rf/microwave waveforms imposed on an optical carrier. In the latter case, the device serves as an agile voltage-tuned optical transversal filter.
