摘要
Solid-liquid equilibria for water-sucrose-glucose and water-sucrose-fructose systems were determined at 70-degrees-C. The high-pressure liquid chromatography was used to analyse the sugar solutions. A prediction model of liquid-solid equilibria based on the UNIFAC method has been developed and tested on these two ternary systems. The results compare favourably with the experimental data.
