STANDARD ENTHALPIES OF FORMATION OF MEMBER OXIDES IN THE Y-BA-CU-O SYSTEM

摘要
The standard enthalpies of formation for member oxides in the Y-Ba-Cu-O system have been determined by the solution calorimetric method. The standard enthalpies of formation in units of kJ (mol of atoms)-1, DELTA(f)H*, were calculated and represented on a ternary phase diagram. It was found that the heat of reaction DELTA-H(R) (kJ mol) for the complex oxide formation from three component simple oxides, YO1.5, BaO and CuO, is negative except for (123), (210) and (202).
