摘要
Activities of enzymes involved in carbon and nitrogen metabolism were examined in nodules of normal pea (Pisum sativum L. cv. Sparkle) and an ineffective plant mutant E135 (sym 13). Specific activities of some enzymes were lower in ineffective nodules than in effective nodules. However, there were no major differences between respective bacteroid fractions.
