摘要
The retention behaviour of mono- (C1-C5) and dicarboxylic acids (C2-C8), alcohols (C1-C4) and carbohydrates (sucrose, α-d- and β-d-glucose, l-sorbose, d-xylose, d-mannose, d-galactose, d-fucose, d-lyxose, l- and d-arabinose, d-fucose and d-ribose) was studied using a poly(styrene-divinylbenzene) sulphonate (H+) cation-exchange resion (Catex-H). The effects of the concentration of sulphuric acid and acetonitrile in the eluent and the column temperature (20-35°C) on the retention of compounds and on the number of the theoretical plates were investigated. For detection, UV and refractive index detectors connected in series were used. © 1990.
