摘要
The Raman spectra of CH3NH3A1(S04)212H2O and (CH3)2NH2A1(SO4)2xH2O crystals have been studied in the temperature range 100 < T < 300 K. It has been shown that substitution of the second hydrogen atom in the ammonium group results in substantial changes in the spectra due to the reduction of the crystal symmetry to monoclinic. It has been established that the ferroelectric phase transition observed in dimethylammoniumaluminiumsulphate crystals at 150 K is associated with the changes in the orientational mobility of the sulphate and dimethylamine sublattices and is related to the orderdisorder transitions. © 1990, Taylor & Francis Group, LLC.
