Measuring properties of nanoparticles by aerosol methods

摘要
Three examples of aerosol methods in nanoparticle characterization are reviewed. Nanoparticles in gas suspension are size classified conveniently by mobility analysis. Aerosol photoemission (APE) is sensitive to the particle chemical composition as well as the crystalline structure. The magnetic moments of particles in gas suspension are derived from a continuous real-time measurement of the penetration of a magnetic fiber filter.
