摘要
The aim of this paper is to present a common concept for different applications of the method of Gröbner bases. This method was developed by Buchberger (1965) for polynomial rings. Later on extensions to non-commutative algebras were studied by several authors. For our approach we use valuations of (commutative or non-commutative) algebras. © 1990, Academic Press Limited.
