摘要
Amorphous ribbons were prepared by the conventional single-roller technique. After annealing at 545-degrees-C and 550-degrees-C for 1 h in N2 and H-2 atmospheres, respectively, they became nanocrystalline with 12 nm grains of the Fe-Si phase. The originally broadly distributed Mossbauer spectra changed into a complicated superposition of sharp, mostly crystalline contributions. The Mossbauer results are compared with those of the X-ray scattering, thermomagnetic analysis, and magnetic domain observation.
