摘要
Amorphous Al80Fe20 powder was prepared by mechanical alloying (MA) and the amorphization process was followed by X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The results show that the amorphous Al80Fe20 powder formed is superparamagnetic. The amorphization of Al80Fe20 by MA was diffusion controlled and the rate of the reaction changed with the milling time. © 1990 Elsevier Science Publishers B.V. (North-Holland).
