摘要
Bradykinin is known to rapidly elevate intracellular calcium leading to secretion of neurotransmitters and short term activation of tyrosine hydroxylase (TH). In this study we examined the effect of bradykinin on mRNA levels of two catecholamine biosynthetic enzymes. Treatment of PC12 cells with 1 muM bradykinin for 3 h markedly elevated both TH and dopamine beta-hydroxylase (DBH) mRNA levels.
