摘要:
A field-effect transistor is primarily a charge-measuring device and a preamplifier with low and well-defined input capacitance, high input impedance and which can be made very small. For this reason, new types of physical, electrochemical and biomedical measurements are possible with this device. In this paper a few electrochemical aspects of Ion-selective FETs (ISFETs) are pointed out.
