摘要
The novel diterpene phytoalexin, oryzalexin E was isolated from UV-irradiated rice leaves. The structure and relative configuration of oryzalexin E were determined as isopimara-8,(14),15-diene-3beta,9alpha-diol by spectroscopic analysis. The ED50 value of oryzalexin E against spore germination of Pyricularia oryzae was 62.5 ppm. Oryzalexin E was also produced in the interaction between rice leaves and P. oryzae.
