摘要
In this paper we report results of new mechanical sensors, which are based on the domain wall nucleation process. These sensors can detect position and force. It is shown that the position sensor has a linear characteristic with a submicron sensitivity and the force sensor has an almost linear behaviour for measuring force up to 3 N. A nonuniform behaviour of the sensors was observed when the location of the nucleation point changes and this was smoothed by using flash annealing process.
