摘要
Methods for the estimation of mass transfer in bubble column reactors as well as stirred vessels are reviewed. In bubble columns, the effect of gas superficial velocity, column diameter, types of sparger and electrolytes on Kla are discussed and some empirical correlations for Kl and Kla are compared. For sparged agitated vessels, two new techniques (initial and double response methods) for the determination of Kla are reviewed and some empirical correlations for Kla have been proposed. For agitated batch reactors, the transient absorption technique has been examined. The effect of solid concentrations on Kla in slurry reactors has also been addressed. © 1990.
