摘要
The thieno[3,4-d]pyridazine derivatives la, b reacted with acrylonitrile to afford the mercaptophthalazine derivatives 6a. b. The latter products reacted with acrylonitrile again to afford 11a, b. With maleic anhydride and N-phenylmaleimide they afforded 13a-d respectively. Nitration and bromination of 6a, b gave 14a, b and 15a, b. Cycloaddition reactions of the latter products with acrylonitrile and maleimides were studied.
