摘要
The 89Y NMR linewidth Δ H and nuclear spin-lattice relaxation rate 1/T1 have been measured in YBa2Cu3O6 in the temperature range from room temperature to 470 K with the external magnetic field parallel and perpendicular to the c-axis. Both Δ H and 1/T1 show critical behavior due to the three-dimensional (3D) antiferromagnetic phase transition at the Néel temperature TN = 412 K. Above 425 K, the relaxation rate is already dominated by the 2D fluctuations of the antiferromagnetic square lattice of Cu2+. © 1990, THE PHYSICAL SOCIETY OF JAPAN. All rights reserved.
