摘要
This paper deals with characterization of polymer protonic electrolytes based on blends of poly(ethylene oxide) with acrylic or methacrylic compounds suppresses the crystallinity of the electrolytes: thus increasing their ambient temperature conductivities. For several samples room temperature conductivities in the range 10(-4)-10(-3) S cm(-1) were measured. The electrolytes were thermally stable up to about 373 K. Application of the studied materials in ambient temperature fuel cells and other electrochemical devices is also mentioned.
