SELF-ENERGIES OF INFRARED-ACTIVE PHONONS IN RBA2CU3O7-DELTA

摘要
We report the results of infrared-reflectivity investigations of RBa2Cu3O7-delta superconductor ceramics (R = Er, Tm, Dy, Y). The temperature dependences of infrared-phonon frequencies, linewidths and oscillator strengths are compared to those of the non-superconducting PrBa2Cu3O7-delta. Analysis of the experimental data on phonon self-energies within a strong-coupling theory yielded the electron-phonon coupling constants of the B1u(z)-symmetry vibrations-lambda = 0.01 (per phonon branch).
