摘要
This paper presents a comparison of the component profiles of the Four Systems Anxiety Questionnaire (FSAQ), Three Systems Anxiety Questionnaire (TSAQ) and cognitive Somatic Anxiety Questionnaire (CSAQ) for agoraphobia, social phobia, simple phobia, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder and obsessional-compulsive disorder patient groups. The relationship between cognitive and affect components of the FSAQ for each diagnostic group is presented with special regard to the obsessive-compulsive group. Results indicate that the FSAQ is sensitive to differential loadings of each of the anxiety diagnostic groups. In addition the obsessional-compulsive group produced a significantly higher cognitive than affect component and this difference was greater than for the other diagnostic groups. The clinical relevance of the FSAQ as an assessment measure is discussed. © 1991.
