摘要
Crystallographic and chemical studies of Ti-V-O catalysts prepared by impregnation or coprecipitation establish the existence and distribution of the following phases: anatase TiO2, crystallized V2O5 and interfacial solid solution TiO2(VO2)x. X-ray diffraction line intensities and lattice parameters are used to establish the composition of the interfacial solid solution. Attacking the catalysts with aqueous NH3, followed by X-ray analysis, confirms the composition deduced from the unit cell parameters.
