摘要
Experimental and theoretical studies of the energy diagram of magneto-optical transitions observed in both luminescence and luminescence excitation spectra of an n-type modulation-doped quantum well are presented. The transitions related to the lowest populated electronic subband are well understood in terms of interband transitions with many-body corrections included within the density-functional approach. The excited subbands are differently renormalized and show a two-particle excitonic correlation. © 1994 The American Physical Society.
