ENTROPY OF LIQUID-METALS BASED ON THE CHARGED HARD-SPHERE (CHS) MODEL

摘要
An expression for the entropy based on the Charged Hard Sphere (CHS) model is given with a correction introduced by the thermodynamic consistency in the Mean Spherical Approximation (MSA). Within the Gibbs-Bogoliubov method it is shown that the entropy of the real system is well approximated by that for the CHS system. Results show much improved values compared to the corresponding Hard Sphere (HS) theory.
