摘要
A leading practitioner/researcher in the field of group dynamics describes his personal experiences with dialogue. Different from sensitivity training, active listing, and other such techniques, dialogue holds great promise as a way of cutting through the communication barriers separating subcultures-in society as well as in organizations.
