INFLUENCE OF THE CMS ENERGY-DEPENDENT THEORETICAL ERRORS ON THE MEASUREMENT OF THE Z(0) PARAMETERS AT LEP

摘要
We have investigated the influence of the c.m.s. energy-dependent theoretical errors on the measurement of the Z0 parameters at LEP. We have concluded that for experiments measuring the luminosity at small angles these errors will not reduce the high precision of the 1993 measurements. However, in some experimental conditions, these errors may dominate the precision of the measurement of some of the Z0 parameters, particularly that of GAMMA(Z). These errors may be reduced by using known theoretical corrections.
