摘要：

Carbamazepine poisoning in children remains a significant problem for the emergency physician. We report 16 cases of toxicity at British Columbia Children's Hospital and discuss presenting symptoms, treatment, and hospital course. Pharmacology, drug interactions resulting in carbamazepine toxicity, and treatment guidelines are summarized.
