摘要：

Cubic boron nitride was prepared from hexagonal BN using as flux-precursor a mixture of calcium boronitride Ca3B2N4 and lithium fluoride LiF. The diagram of c-BN formation was determined for the composition: Ca3B2N4 + 1 LiF. The effects of the temperature on the conversion yields and the morphology of c-BN crystals were studied at constant pressure. The influence of the BN crystallinity on the solubilization in the fluoronitride flux was pointed out using disordered forms of BN.
