SUBMILLIMETER-WAVE SPECTRUM OF THE SH3+ ION - J=2-1, K=0 AND 1 TRANSITIONS

摘要
The observation of the rotational transitions of SH3+ has been extended to the 600 GHz region. The SH3+ ion was generated by an electric dc discharge in the gas mixture of H2S and H-2 in a hollow-cathode discharge cell. The J = 2-1, K = 0 and 1 transitions have been observed using a source-modulated submillimeter wave spectrometer. The rotational constant B0 and the centrifugal distortion constants D(J) and D(JK) are determined from the three observed rotational transitions. The molecular constants determined agree well with those reported by previous infrared studies.
