摘要
Raster drawing systems have emerged as an alternative to more traditional vector-based CAD drafting systems. With engineering drawing in mind, I compare the functional capabilities of these two technologies and explore means for integrating the best features of both. The characteristics I examine are not those of any particular raster or vector implementation but are derived from the underlying technologies. © 1990 IEEE
