摘要
The dielectric properties of monoclinic telluric acid ammonium phosphate (TAAP) are discussed. From the measurements of spontaneous polarization and dielectric permittivity the dielectric state equation parameters are determined. The parameters are comparable with those of TGS. The non‐linearity coefficient B shows a weak temperature dependence in the paraelectric phase. The dependence as well as other experimental results indicate the existence of space charge and internal bias in the crystal. Copyright © 1990 WILEY‐VCH Verlag GmbH & Co. KGaA
