KS,LKL,S-]3-PI,PI-LV INTERFERENCES AT PHI-FACTORIES

We study the K(S,L)K(L,S)-->3-pi,pi/nu time-dependent interferences at a phi-factory. We find that, with 10(10)-10(11) phi's as obtainable with a luminosity L = 10(33) cm-2 s-1, it should be possible to measure the CP-conserving amplitude of the decay K(S)-->pi+pi-pi-0 from the observation of such interferences. Furthermore, we point out that also the final-state-interaction phases of K-->3-pi could be reached experimentally in this way.
