The temperature dependences of the electrical conductivity and of the Hall coefficient were determined for oriented II-IV-V2 single crystals, From the measurements of temperature dependence of the Hall constant, the Hall effect of II-IV-V2 single crystals is isotropic. An anisotropy of the Hall mobility of hole was detected experimentally in the CdGeAs2 and CdSiAS2 single crystals. The hole mobility anisotropy in ZnGep2 was not determined. The knowledge of the anisotropy of the Hall mobility should help to improve the efficiency of semiconductor electronic devices made Of II-IV-V2 Materials.
