摘要
In this review the authors concentrate on the IR spectra of molecules adsorbed on oxides. Since IR spectroscopy is normally used to elucidate the surface chemistry of oxides, attention is focused on the structure of the adsorbed species and adsorbing centers. Consequently, most purely spectroscopic details are omitted. In this review only the most common oxidic systems are described, taking into account their pure form or minor amounts of foreign ions on their surface.
